It is very important for us that you are well aware of the terms and conditions of Everafter Days before we proceed in an arrangement.
We put a lot of effort in building a close relationship with the couples we cooperate with. This is why we communicate via email for the first contacts and usually arrange a Skype meeting to put a face to our email correspondence.
Our email and Skype conversations are unlimited without any additional charges.
We cannot stress enough how important it is to us that all agreements are arranged via email and not only through a Skype conversation, so that all information which is sent in email can be confirmed by both sides. In our years of experience we have found that this method helps both sides to avoid misunderstandings.
As soon as we have agreed in all services details and their costs, Ever After Days will send you an agreement about the deal made between the agency and the couple, including a full service description (as discussed and agreed). This agreement needs to be signed by both sides, so that we can proceed with the service provision.
Please notice that 50% of the full amount is required as a prepayment, which is non – refundable. This is necessary for the booking and the prepayment of the local vendors/restaurants etc. This amount has to be transferred to the bank account of Ever After Days. Please bear in mind that we do not accept a credit card payment.
The rest of the amount has to be paid 10 days before the wedding date. Please note that if couple is on the island, the rest of the sum can be paid cash to the wedding planner.
